Our Story:
Our foundation was born out of a deep sense of compassion and a commitment to honor the legacy of our founder, Lillian Aiken Davis. After retiring as a nurse from Candler Hospital in Savannah, GA, she devoted her time to caregiving, particularly for the elderly. She understood that true independence comes from feeling safe and supported in your own home. Inspired by her heart of service, our foundation continues her mission of empowering seniors and individuals with disabilities to live life safely and securely.
Our Focus:
We focus on serving the often-overlooked members of our community—seniors and individuals with disabilities—who struggle with navigating their homes safely. We connect them with trusted contractors who specialize in making homes safer through accessible design and safety feature installations. By eliminating hazards, we help create an environment where they can thrive without fear of injury, reclaim their independence, and live with greater confidence.
